Clean up Kits Form (1 kit is enough for 5 people)

As a way to help you support your community, we're offering complimentary Spring Community Clean-up Kits. The kits include trash bags and gloves which are great for spring yard cleaning and trash collecting! Each kit is enough for five volunteers and will be sent directly to you. Use this as an opportunity to host a Community Clean-Up Day within your town during Community Banking Month.
