On April 2, 2020 the interim final rule for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) was released to the public. Since then, ICBSD has been hard at work reviewing and analyzing the rule to provide as much clarity as possible for the expected launch of the PPP. Our goal is to provide meaningful information and tools for you to navigate this very complex and rapidly changing scenario. For your use and convenience, we have developed full breakdown of the interim final rule, which includes a list of ongoing concerns and several questions that are, as yet, unanswered. Additionally, we now have available links from the Treasury department to the:
- Lender Application for Loan Guaranty (SBA Form 2484)
- Final Borrower Application (SBA Form 2483)
- Lender Agreement
Non-SBA Lender Application: As of this hour, the anticipated portal for non-SBA lenders to apply to enter the PPP has not yet been posted to the Treasury website. We will update this information once that becomes available.
